ill clients and their families .Palliative care
is the combination of active and compassionate
therapies intended to comfort and support individuals
and families who are living with terminal illness.
During the periods of illness and bereavement,
palliative care strives to meet physical, social
and spiritual expectations. Our goal is to provide
service in a manner that is sensitive to the client
and their families personal, cultural, religious
values, beliefs and practices. Our palliative
care program is planned and delivered through
the collaborative efforts of an interdisciplinary
