Manager, BC Operations

Barbara's 25 years experience with Drake Medox combines extensive management skills with hands-on industry knowledge. Her unique ability to ascertain our client's needs, relate to Community Health Workers and aptness for forming partnerships with health service community institutions keeps our business thriving. Barbara's ability to identify trends in the health service business ensure we seek new and innovative ways to service our clients. She previously led Drake Medox as a Branch Manager, where she maintained our sales, marketing and financial strategies.

Susan Gooding
Manager Systems & Program Development

Susan's extensive accounting experience and background in network administration and data collection make her the company's financial innovator. She works with the information pulse of our company, connecting business opportunities to our corporate statistical profiles.

Susan continually seeks new ways to develop business opportunities, improve systems operation and ensure efficient accounting and reporting procedures. She gained her initial in-depth understanding of our company as an accounting supervisor, whereby she maintained payroll and billing functions within the branch.
